In-Person Utah Open Source 2007 Kickoff Meeting

Hi all,
For those of you bold enough to come, we are having our first In-Person UTOS Planning meeting. Many meetings have been on-line, but we believe it’s time to get together and invite any and all who might be able to join us for this first important meeting. So here’s the details.
Thursday, September 7, 7-9pm. Eat and mingle the first hour, meeting second hour.
304 N 450 E, Springville, Utah 84663 (map: http://tinyurl.com/84o3t)
We will be having a bbq (weather permitting) and discussing the following agenda:
- Securing speakers
- Logo Discussion
- Mailing List Signup
- Begin to outline the conference
- Peanut Gallery Input
Bring any side dish you like, soda, burgers, hot dogs, brats, and other items will be provided/cooked. We hope to see you all there.

I assume that information will be posted online for those of us not living in utah?

This is at the same time as the UUG’s regularly scheduled meetings. I don’t know if that’s a good idea or not. Just an observation.

I finally got around to reading about this meeting and realized I missed it! DANG!
I am very interested in what you’re doing and have a lot of experience at doing this sort of thing.
Please let me know about mailing lists, future meetings, etc.
