Mailing List is up and Running
So we’ve finally gotten the mailing list up. The current list is located at http://mail.utos.org/mailman/listinfo. Go ahead and sign up for the News list right now. If you are interested in signing up to help plan the conference and haven’t yet done so, please send an email and we’ll add you.
We’ve had two very successful meets these last two weeks and have accomplished quite a bit. Things are starting to pick up and we expect more to happen over the next few weeks. Come join the ride and help us plan an awesome conference.
Next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, 20 September, 2006 @ 6:30pm (Location details forthcoming).

In-Person Utah Open Source 2007 Kickoff Meeting
Hi all,
For those of you bold enough to come, we are having our first In-Person UTOS Planning meeting. Many meetings have been on-line, but we believe it’s time to get together and invite any and all who might be able to join us for this first important meeting. So here’s the details.
Thursday, September 7, 7-9pm. Eat and mingle the first hour, meeting second hour.

We will be having a bbq (weather permitting) and discussing the following agenda:
- Securing speakers
- Logo Discussion
- Mailing List Signup
- Begin to outline the conference
- Peanut Gallery Input
Bring any side dish you like, soda, burgers, hot dogs, brats, and other items will be provided/cooked. We hope to see you all there.
